I tried the Hume Health Body Pod, the much advertised Body Scale. It presumes of 98% accuracy and gives you over 40 measurements. I tried it, after some initial problems with the app, for 3 days. Here my findings and the reasons why I returned it.

Fermenting Carrots, Onions and Radishes and trying my hand with Red Beet Kvass.
A viewer a while back suggested in his comment I check out Dr. William Davis' recipe for L-Reuteri. I purchased Dr. Davis' books (Wheat Belly and Super Gut, as well as Undoctored and 10-Day Grain Detox. And I had to try the yogurt, of course. My first attempt was a lumpy, watery mess. I think the Yogurt Maker ran too hot and killed all my probiotics. I didn't film that one, but believe me, you didn't miss anything pretty! And I did a second batch, using all 3 recommended strains together (l-reuteri, l-gasseri and l-subtilis). And that one turned out good. Here I am making a second generation of the same yogurt, adding more inulin and Half & half. I really like this "yogurt", and have some every day. My dogs also get some at least 3 times a week, so I have to make new batches all the time! I did have some bloating at first, but that went away after a few days. And, as I had done my homework and read about it, I wasn't worried and knew my gut would adjust. I can only recommend! Thanks to my viewer for suggesting this!!
